Been a while.....

It has been a busy few years around Booth House with building works on three sides. The area immediately to the north, the Loftus Lane Precinct as it is now called, has almost finished with residents moving in. The shops and cafes at ground level are yet to open, but we can report that the bar and restaurant in Hinchcliffe House (the old wool store) is busy and a great new space for drinks or food.

The Quay Quarter Tower is moving toward completion with work 24/7. The exterior construction lifts have been removed (yay as they were noisy) and the formwork for the Bridge Street entrance is going up as I type.
